What is your role at Berger HR Solutions, and what does it involve?
As Firm Administrator at Berger HR Solutions, I manage the firm’s daily business operations and coordinate projects that support both our internal team and our clients. My role includes handling the behind-the-scenes details that keep our company running smoothly – from scheduling and systems coordination to process improvement and client support logistics. I focus on the little things that make a big difference, ensuring our consultants are equipped to deliver exceptional service and our clients experience seamless, professional interactions with our firm.
What experience do you bring to your role?
I bring a diverse professional background that includes experience in both the financial and pharmaceutical industries. As a former corporate client specialist in the financial sector, I worked with clients ranging from small businesses to large corporations. My responsibilities extended beyond financial services – I explored various aspects of each organization, including operations, supply chain, vendor relationships, employee dynamics, and customer engagement. This experience gave me a well-rounded understanding of business operations and the challenges organizations face.
What’s your educational background?
I hold a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Marshall University.
Who do you enjoy spending time with outside of work, and where do you call home?
I live in West Virginia with my husband, two daughters, and our cat, Bella.
What’s something people might be surprised to learn about you?
My husband and I have traveled to all 50 states, and we love exploring national parks. Whether we’re hiking scenic trails or discovering hidden gems, we spend our days seeking new adventures.
