As Founder and President of Berger HR Solutions, Kristyn provides employers of all sizes with human resources and organization development solutions resulting in improved employee and organizational performance while minimizing employment risk.

Kristyn worked as a Human Resources professional in the financial services industry for over a decade before founding Berger HR Solutions. As the Vice President, Sr. Human Resources Business Partner for the Greater Washington Retail Market of M&T Bank, Kristyn partnered with senior business leaders to align people and programs with organizational business goals. Through her work experiences, she recognized a need for strategic Human Resources support among small to mid-sized business owners.

Kristyn has expertise in the areas of performance management, talent development, employee engagement, organization development, consultative employee relations, learning and development, executive managerial coaching and development and full cycle recruitment. She has worked with clients in banking and financial services, technology, professional services, non-profit, retail, construction, and the medical and healthcare industries.

Kristyn holds a Master’s of Business Administration in Organization Development from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the Pennsylvania State University.

As a Senior Consultant with Berger HR Solutions, Jennifer works with our team to provide employers with the Human Resources support and guidance they need to be successful.

Prior to Berger HR Solutions, Jennifer worked in the financial services industry for over 15 years, both in Retail Banking and in Human Resources.  During her time as a Branch Manager at M&T Bank, Jennifer assisted both personal and commercial clients with identifying opportunities to strengthen their financial stability.  Working closely with business owners in this capacity allowed Jennifer to gain familiarity with different industries and businesses of all sizes and to learn much about the many challenges business owners face on a daily basis, specifically as it relates to human resources.

As Vice President and Human Resources Business Partner Manager at M&T Bank, Jennifer worked closely with the senior management team of the Retail Branch Network to understand, protect and grow their most valuable asset—their people.  Her primary responsibility was helping the leadership team get the most from their workforce through communication, support, training, recognition and performance management.  She continues to provide this support to business owners in her current capacity.

Jennifer has expertise in communication, performance management, talent management, employee engagement and learning and development.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music from Columbia College.

As a Senior Consultant with Berger HR Solutions, Rebecca provides tailored Human Resources strategies to increase efficiency across industry verticals and guide our clients to success.

Prior to Berger HR Solutions, Rebecca worked in Human Resources for over a decade in a wide range of industries including financial services, energy, IT, consumer goods and government. As a Human Resources Business Partner, Rebecca partnered with senior business leaders to support HR programs and people strategies in order to achieve business goals.

As a Learning and Development professional, Rebecca worked across four continents to run a company-wide 360 feedback program, launch a learning management system and implement training and development initiatives.

Rebecca has expertise in performance management, talent development, employee engagement, learning and development, training, compensation and full life cycle recruitment.

Rebecca holds a Master’s in Social Work from The University of Maryland, Baltimore and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Syracuse University.
